The O-Pack – 35 series is a U-cup with an O-ring inserted inside of it. The U-cup is manufactured at our facility in Bancroft Ontario and is made of liquid cast polyurethane. Our QA technicians measure the U-cups for accuracy and then insert the O-Ring into the U-Cup.

Technical Characteristics

A nitrile rubber O-Ring is loaded into a Universal seal U-cup to create our O-pack 35 series. The U-cup has the superior physical characteristics of a liquid cast polyurethane. This combination produces an excellent seal for use in standard hydraulic fluids. It is comparable to all loaded U-cups.
